This experience inspired me to create another series of Thread posts in relation to autistic traits as what you could put on your resume or use in an interview. ✨

For example...

• interpreting language literally → "capable of simplifying complex topics so the information is easy to digest"
• struggles doing anything outside special interest → "prioritizes tasks and activities based on level of importance"
• notice problems before others do? → "has a keen eye for detail"
• strict rule follower? → "maintains safety and compliance standards"
